[ Things have been surprisingly busy around the Public Safety Bureau. Most businesses usually were around the holidays, so that probably explained the spike in stress levels in the population. While Kagari enjoys his Christmas Specials, he also loved every opportunity he got to step outside. The city was gorgeous around this time of year, and he liked looking at the lights and decorations. He'd never admit it, but it was fairly obvious by the expression he'd make out of the window of the car.

Tonight, all enforcers had been sent out with their inspectors to do some patrol work around the perimeter of the shopping districts. As Christmas fast approaches, certain measures have been taken to ensure that things run smoothly until the rush is finally over.

Kagari's team happens to make it back to headquarters first, and most of them disperse from there to retire for the night, but Kagari stays behind and waits for the second team to report back. Since Jisoo joined the force, they hadn't had much time to get to know one another, and he's been itching for a fight since the other male was recruited.

It's fairly late into the night when Jisoo's team finally makes it back. Kagari had since then eaten and changed out of his work clothes. His entire body bristles with giddy anticipation when he spots the man from behind, recognizing him by his broad shoulders and shaggy hair. ]
